Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the 1ManABnd desktop app (“the app”), made by CDS Films (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. What the app is

1ManABnd is software that runs on your own computer and coordinates AI agents for you. It is currently a beta: features may change, and it may contain bugs.

2. Your accounts and third-party services

• Agents run through Anthropic’s Claude Code tool with your own Claude account. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, including its usage limits and policies.
• Services you connect, such as Google Drive, a search API or a publishing webhook, are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the accounts and content you connect.

3. Your responsibilities

• AI agents can make mistakes. Review agent work before relying on it, and review anything in the approval queue before you approve it for the outside world.
• Do not use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or violate the policies of the services it connects to.
• Keep your computer, the app’s access token and your connected accounts secure.

4. Your content

Your businesses, files, tasks and agent outputs belong to you. We do not receive them; see the Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app or of output produced by AI agents.

7. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it. We may stop offering or updating the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page.
